These terms apply when you use this website or request a vehicle valuation from Instant Sell Car Car Buyers.
Valuations are indicative
Any figure discussed before an inspection is based on the information you provide. The final figure is confirmed after a physical inspection of the vehicle.
No obligation
Requesting a valuation does not commit you to selling, and does not commit Instant Sell Car to purchasing. Either party can decline at any point before a sale is completed.
Accurate information
You agree the details you submit about the vehicle — including kilometres, damage, registration status and finance owing — are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Ownership
You must be the registered owner or otherwise legally entitled to sell the vehicle, and able to provide identification and ownership documents at the inspection.
Payment
Payment is made once the transaction is completed and the required paperwork is finalised. Where finance is owing, the payout is settled as part of the transaction.
